Each piece of made-to-order upholstery is made in the USA using traditional construction methods: hardwood frames are kiln-dried, joints are reinforced with dowels and corner blocks and the furniture is built using premium batting and fiberfill. Eight-way hand tied steel coil springs ensure maximum comfort and support, and even our standard cushions are made with a highest quality foam core, fiber wrapped and down topped for even support. Casters and hardware are solid brass when applied.

Frames are made of engineered kiln dried hardwood with sturdy double doweled, wood-glued corners and 8-gauge steel serpentine springs. Standard cushions are resilient, high-density foam wrapped in a poly fiber then enclosed in a down proof fabric. Structural integrity, fit and finish and a careful marriage of frame and cushion create this perfect mix.
