DEFECTIVE & DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

In the unlikely event of receiving defective or damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately upon receipt at info@blueraccoon.com or 609-397-5500. Failure to provide immediate notification may jeopardize your ability to be compensated for the damage.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order with us prior to shipment. However, after the merchandise ships, the order cannot be cancelled. After receipt of your order, merchandise can be returned for a restocking fee of 15% with the return shipping being the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns are not accepted on antiques, one-of-a-kind, discounted or sale items and merchandise marked to be sold "as is." Seasonal holiday merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable. We will represent these items truthfully and offer full-disclosure of the condition of these specific items either upon request or by online description.
Please contact Blue Raccoon within two (2) days of receipt of the merchandise to arrange a return. After two (2) days, you will be deemed to have accepted the merchandise and return will not be possible. All returns must be received in original condition and any manufacturing defect will be handled pursuant to the Manufacturer's Warranty.
IN-STORE PURCHASES: Accessories may be returned or exchanged within 7 days when accompanied by a store receipt.

SHIPPING

Merchandise will ship via UPS, USPS, Fed-Ex or a freight carrier, at the discretion of Blue Raccoon. Blue Raccoon currently ships only within the contiguous United States (sorry Alaska, Hawaii and beyond!)
Express shipping can be arranged at an additional charge. We will estimate shipping charges for furniture at the time of your order. Certain deliveries may be contracted out to professional companies due to delivery location or size of order. Delivery charges are not refundable. Most of our orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer to our warehouse. Some items may be dropped shipped directly to your home from the manufacturer for an additional fee.

CHARGES & REFUNDS

Blue Raccoon accepts payment through Visa, Mastercard and American Express, using our own secure credit card processing company and/or PayPal. Customer authorizes, understands and agrees that all charges, balances, and fees as outlined in the Order Summary can be charged on credit card provided at time of sale. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

We carefully review and assess our relationships with our manufacturers and stand behind what we sell. Where applicable, it will be the customer's responsibility to fill out and submit warranty cards when provided and maintain any paperwork or receipts that might aid in addressing questions about your purchase.
