We're dedicated to getting your order to you swiftly and trouble-free and we'll do everything we can to solve a problem should it arise. We are a genuine small town store and most of our customers know our staff by name. Should you have any problems, we'll do everything we can to make it right. We're in the business of making you happy and we're dedicated to getting your order to you swiftly and trouble-free. We strive to provide service equal to the biggest national stores and go beyond to offer you our personalized care and attention.

RETURNS:
Accessories may be returned or exchanged within 10 days when accompanied by a store receipt. All refunds are made by company check via mail within 7 days. Returns are not accepted on antiques, one-of-a-kind, discounted or sale items and merchandise marked to be sold "as is." Seasonal holiday merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable. In-stock furniture items that have been delivered are subject to a pick-up fee and a 10% restocking charge. Special orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours and are subject to a 50% restocking fee if Blue Raccoon is unable to cancel the order from the manufacturer.

DELIVERY:
We deliver locally for a minimum charge. Our gifts and accessories can be shipped anywhere within the continental US via UPS. Express shipping can be arranged at an additional charge. We will estimate shipping charges for furniture at the time of your order. Certain deliveries may be contracted out to professional companies due to delivery location or size of order. Delivery charges are not refundable. Most of our orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer to our warehouse. Some items may be dropped shipped directly to your home from the manufacturer for an additional fee.

STORAGE:
Although we're happy to hold furniture for you, we must assess a minimum storage fee of $50 per month for merchandise held in our warehouse for more than 60 days.

DEPOSITS: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for any item that is specially ordered for you. Depending on the manufacturer, special orders may take from 4 to 12 weeks to be made and delivered to our warehouse. It is our desire to keep you fully informed about manufacturing lead times and delays beyond our control (i.e. fabric delays, weather conditions, transportation, etc.) and we will contact you promptly to notify you of any changes. Balances are collected when your order arrives and must be paid in full prior to delivery.

WARRANTIES:
We carefully review and assess our relationships with our manufacturers and stand behind what we sell. Where applicable, it will be the customer's responsibility to fill out and submit warranty cards when provided and maintain any paperwork or receipts that might aid in addressing questions about your purchase.
